Actually, I'm one of the few Los Angeles-born natives still living here! I grew up in the San Fernando Valley, then moved to the Santa Clarita Valley shortly after marrying my husband, Ralph, in 1992. I've been in the work force for 30 years, with a background in various industries (including retail, banking, printing, lighting) but always with a strong work ethic and an emphasis on service. About 6 months after my beautiful daughter came along in 1998, I decided to go back to work part-time, which led me to an administrative position as Listing Coordinator with a local top-producing Realtor. I learned in-depth the details of listing homes: disclosures, Comparative Market Analyses, staging, Realtor Association Code of Ethics, contracts, marketing, website maintenance, and I of course gained a wealth of knowledge about the different neighborhoods and tracts of homes. Learned a few shortcuts through traffic, too! I was then asked to obtain my Real Estate License and I became a "Buyer's Agent", which taught me the other side of a transaction, including showing property, negotiating, the escrow process, and the joy of watching someone enter their first home for the first time.

I began working as an independent Realtor in March of 2001 and have worked very hard to maintain a high level of satisfaction for my clients. I faithfully attend Realtor Association meetings where my enthusiasm has generated numerous trophies from my peers for marketing presentations. I am a Director's Board Member of CMA/ReSource, a networking group of successful Realtors and affiliates, which provides a forum to promote listings and express buyers' needs, as well as discuss important issues facing the Real Estate Market and our community.

It is important that you appreciate the difference between a functioning Real Estate agent and a Fiduciary Realtor. I pride myself on being the latter, as your best interests are priority number one - GUARANTEED! I specialize in residential properties throughout the Santa Clarita Valley (you know, by Magic Mountain!) including Valencia, Westridge, Saugus, Newhall, Castaic, Canyon Country, and Stevenson Ranch, as well as the San Fernando Valley (remember, I spent my first 32 years there...). I am also very proud to sponsor the PACE communication system for J. Michael McGrath Elementary School. This invaluable communication system allows school administration to stay connected with parents in emergency situations as well as day-to-day activities. Please feel free to roam about my website and don't miss the fabulous new search tool under "Property Search" - it enables you to search the local Multiple Listing Service for any 'available' residential property as well as save your search criteria and update you via email of any new properties that hit the market. Just remember, although it is a wonderful tool for consumers, it does not take the place of a responsible, networking Realtor.

The only thing that propels my business is referrals from not just satisfied clients, but elated clients. I would be honored to add you to that increasing list.
